Capt. Trentin Leary fishes out of Bud n’ Mary’s Marina in Islamorada, FL. He is currently running an 18′ Action Craft skiff under the guidance of Capt. Rick Stanczyk who has assisted training Capt. Trentin in getting started in the backcountry fishing world. Capt. Trentin absolutely loves fishing and has a few years of offshore experience under his belt and has since gotten his own Captains License as of 2022 to be able to work for himself. He’s worked hard and started learning the backcountry waters all on his own for several months, without taking any paid trips during that time, to make sure he’s comfortable and ready to give you a great experience. He wanted to make sure to put the work in and do things the right way as opposed to getting things handed to him, which has earned him the respect of even the most seasoned guides at the docks.
